The Design Process

No matter how big or small your website is, the design process can be rather extensive. I’ve outlined my process in three steps:

The Design Process

No matter how big or small your website is, the design process can be rather extensive. I’ve outlined my process in three steps:

Layout & Design

The layout, structure, and design process is one of the most time-consuming parts of designing a website. I will create a framework for the home page and send that to you for your approval.

Development

Once you’ve approved the layout and the design direction, I will move forward with designing the rest of the site. I will also make your site responsive so it will view nicely across all browsers and devices.

Revisions & Edits

Once I’ve completed the design, you can review it, take notes, and communicate any revisions and edits you’d like made to your final design. Once everything is approved by you we can go live!

Wrapping Up & Going Live!

Once you’ve approved the final design, I will remove all of the unused plugins and files. I will also give you a lesson on the WordPress Dashboard and a PDF file of instructions so you can make any minor content updates yourself.
